By requesting access to or using Mixchat, you agree to the following terms.
Mixchat is a Twitch chat client with integrated YouTube chat support. It is currently available through a limited access program and is not publicly available.
Access to Mixchat is granted on a per-user basis. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at any time. Access is provided as-is, with no guarantee of availability or uptime.
Mixchat's YouTube chat integration relies on YouTube's internal APIs, which are not officially supported for this use case. These APIs are subject to rate limits, instability, and breaking changes without notice. This is the primary reason Mixchat is not publicly available — scaling to many concurrent viewers is not feasible with the current YouTube API constraints.
You are responsible for your use of Mixchat and must comply with Twitch's and YouTube's respective Terms of Service while using the application.
Mixchat is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of this application.
Mixchat is released under the MIT license. You may use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with that license.
